One of our primary relationships is with Texas Star Tournaments, a hockey tournament organization operating in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. Texas Star Tournaments brings a high-quality experience to youth of all ages with its yearly tournaments, and surpasses its competition with exceptional management, operational skill, and seasoned event staff.

Team Managers: Athlos Marketing & Management is the official Texas Star Tournament Lodging Coordinator. As always, all teams must abide by the following Texas Star Tournament Team Lodging Reservation, Billing and Cancellation Policy:
All room reservations must be made through the official Texas Star Tournament Lodging Coordinator as noted in our tournament information.
Individual hotels or National / Regional reservation systems will not reserve qualifying tournament rooms under any circumstances. Upon receipt of your room reservation request, all team and individual reservations will be immediately charged a $25 per night room deposit by Athlos / Personal Affairs which will show up on your credit card statements. Under no circumstances is this charge refundable. The remaining balance will be charged and collected by your hotel at the time of stay. Individual rooms may be canceled without additional penalty or charge in accordance with individual hotel policy. All teams must arrive in time to begin play on Saturday morning at 6:00am and remain until the tournament is completed on Monday afternoon.
Therefore, it is expected that teams will have a three-night lodging commitment. Any alterations to that commitment, at any time, without the permission of the Lodging Coordinator may be cause for team or individual removal (without refund) from any Texas Star Tournament participation.
